Returns

Our goal here at Kinematic Speed is to keep it simple and build collaborative relationships with our customers. General return guidelines are below, but if for any reason your situation falls outside of these guidelines, shoot us a note and we'll work with you to make things right and help however we can. We like to think we're pretty easy to work with :)

Returns for unused product:

• Returns will be accepted for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
• Even if it was opened and you don't have the original packaging, we'll take the product back and issue a full refund for any reason.
• Reach out to support@kinematicspeed.com to request a return authorization and we'll get you all setup.

Returns for used product:

• Returns for used product will be accepted up to 90 days after the purchase date.
• If for any reason you're unhappy with the performance or experience our product provided - reach out and we'll take it back and issue a full refund, all we ask is that you let us know the reason for the return so we can improve our processes going forward and continue our collaboration with you, the customer base.

*Custom made to order products do not fall under this return policy due to the nature of them being custom built to unique customer specifications. This include the following non-refundable products.
